Finger Noodles with Oyster Mushrooms | German Schupfnudeln Recipe | Potato Noodles

Ingerdients: 



  • 3 tbsp butter 

  • 400 fingernudel | schupfnudeln (Store bought) 

  • Pepper to taste 

  • Salt to taste 

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 

  • 1 tsp oil 

  • 1/2 cup spring onion 

  • 1/2 cup red & yellow bell peppers 

  • 200 g oyster mushrooms  


Method:  



  1. In a thick pan add butter and melt, then add noodles, fry the noodles until it turns golden brown.

  2. Add Pepper, salt and nutmeg powder, stir well and keep that aside. 

  3. Add oil and heat in another pan; once the oil is hot, add spring onion and bell peppers and sauté for a minute. 

  4. Add mushrooms and stir; now add pepper and salt.  Sauté the mushrooms for 3 - 4 minutes and then combine with fried noodles. 

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy German schupfnudeln.
